Being able to prove that the planned investment is sufficient and its impact, if applicable, on job creation, including self-employment. One of the most common means admissible in Law is through an assessment report issued by one of the following business organizations, such as the National Federation of "Associations of Managers and Self-Employed Workers" (ATA), the "Union of Professionals and Self-Employed Workers" (UPTA), the "Intersectoral Confederation of Self-Employed of the Spanish State" (CIAE), the "Organization of Professionals and Self-Employed" (OPA), or the "Union of Associations of Self-Employed Workers and Entrepreneurs" (UATAE).

Not Posing a Threat to Public Order, Security, or Public Health
The purpose of this requirement is to guarantee a safe coexistence in accordance with current regulations.

No Criminal Record
Not only must you have no criminal record in Spain, but also in the countries where you have resided during the last five years prior to the date of entry into Spain, for offenses provided for in the Spanish legal system.

Not Appearing as Rejectable nor Finding Yourself in an Irregular Status in Spain
In this case, it would apply to countries with which Spain has signed some type of agreement where they do not accept individuals who have been banned from entry by said country.

Payment of the Fee
As in most administrative procedures, the application for family roots (arraigo familiar) involves the payment of the corresponding fee, which must be settled within the established period so that the process can continue correctly.
