Sufficient Financial Means
Applicants must demonstrate sufficient financial resources to cover their living expenses and, where applicable, those of their family members during their stay in Spain, without engaging in any work activity. The required amounts are generally calculated as follows: → For the main applicant: 400% of the IPREM per month → For each dependent family member: an additional 100% of the IPREM per month

No Risk to Public Order, Security or Public Health
Applicants must not pose any risk to public order, safety or public health, in accordance with current regulations.

Clean Criminal Record
Applicants must have no criminal record in Spain or in any country where they have resided during the previous five years.

No Entry Ban or Irregular Stay in Spain
Applicants must not be subject to any entry ban in Spain nor be in an irregular administrative situation within the country.

Payment of Administrative Fees
The application requires payment of the corresponding government fees within the established deadlines to ensure proper processing.

Health Insurance and No Serious Diseases
Applicants must have valid public or private health insurance with an insurance provider authorized to operate in Spain. They must also not suffer from any diseases that could have serious public health implications, in accordance with the International Health Regulations (2005).
